LPN/LVN (License Practical Nurse)

Job Title: LPN/LVN - Outpatient Pulmonary Clinic

Location: Bronx, NY

Assignment: 4 Weeks | 37.5 hrs/week

Shift & Schedule:

Day Shift
8-hour shifts

Summary:

Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to support patient care in an outpatient pulmonary clinic setting. Candidates should be organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and nursing support in an outpatient clinic setting
Assist with patient intake, assessments, and vital signs
Support physicians and clinical staff with patient procedures and treatments
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
Ensure compliance with clinic safety and infection control standards

Requirements:

Active LPN/LVN License
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
BLS Certification required
Experience in outpatient or pulmonary settings preferred

Additional Details:

Acute care outpatient environment
4-week contract assignment
