Whether it's developing new and exclusive costumes, quality testing products, or implementing technology solutions, our teams understand the value of working collaboratively to embrace change through innovation, curiosity, and thoughtfulness.We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Flexible work environmentCareer advancementCompetitive base salaryBonus opportunityVacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday payMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance401k with a company match30% merchandise discountResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Technical Designer is responsible for the creation and management of technical specifications for licensed and generic costume and accessory products.Create technical specification packages for licensed and generic costumes and accessories across men's, women's, kids', and infant categoriesPartner with Product Development to address technical and production issuesRespond to factory questions and troubleshoot issues throughout productionConduct fittings and document fit comments, measurements, photos, and required pattern correctionsCommunicate technical details, construction requirements, and fit updates to factoriesDevelop grade rules to ensure consistent sizing across productsReview and complete factory pattern corrections as neededQualificationsExperience in apparel, soft goods, or costume technical design/product developmentKnowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern correctionsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and PhotoshopStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsPLM experience preferred; CLO 3D experience a plusThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.Pay Range$50,000 - $60,000
