Job Title Purchasing Coordinator (contract basis, potential permanent) – location: Noblesville, IN. Job Description We are seeking an onsite, dedicated, and detail‑oriented Purchasing Coordinator. This role drives large Purchase Orders (100‑150 lines each) requiring manual entry and ensures accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Follow standard work procedures and guidelines. Utilize Excel and Outlook for data entry and communication. Communicate effectively via phone and email. Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail. Multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Exhibit a driven attitude and a strong work ethic. Essential Skills Experience with inventory purchasing and management. Proficiency in Purchase Requisitions. Experience with ERP systems. Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external customers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to hold individuals accountable and ensure adherence to processes. Work Environment Onsite, business casual environment, hours 8 AM – 5 PM. Candidates must wear casual, closed‑toe shoes and have steel‑toe shoes available for access to the manufacturing floor. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Noblesville, IN. Pay And Benefits Hourly rate: $21.00 – $27.00.
