This is a full-time opportunity for skilled and motivated technicians to install and service fire alarm systems in commercial, industrial, and government facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading fire alarm technologies including AUTOCALL, Gamewell/FCI, BOSCH, and ERCES/BDA systems. We offer a respectful, team-driven culture with professional growth opportunities, top-tier benefits, and the stability of a company with deep roots in North Carolina’s fire protection industry. \n Explore more at \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Install, terminate, and test fire alarm components including initiating devices, notification appliances, and control panels \n Program and troubleshoot addressable and conventional fire alarm systems \n Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics \n Ensure all installations comply with NFPA 72, local codes, and industry best practices \n Coordinate field work with contractors, project managers, and clients \n Maintain accurate documentation of testing, installations, and service work \n Operate safely on active construction sites using company-provided tools and PPE \n Represent the company professionally with excellent customer service \n \n Qualifications \n \n 2+ years of fire alarm installation, low-voltage electrical work, or related experience preferred \n Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72, conduit installation, and low-voltage wiring standards \n Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and on active construction job sites \n Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical environments \n Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required \n Preferred: \n NICET Level I or II in Fire Alarm Systems (or willingness to obtain) \n Manufacturer experience with AUTOCALL, Gamewell/FCI, BOSCH, Notifier, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Simplex, or Honeywell systems \n FCC License and/or ERCES/BDA certifications \n \n Benefits \n \n Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications \n Year-End Bonus \n Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance \n 401(k) with company match (Roth and Profit Share Options) \n Paid Time Off, Holidays, and Sick Leave \n Weekly Pay Cycle \n Company Vehicle (as required by position) \n Smartphone or Tablet provided \n Tools, Equipment, and Safety Gear Provided \n Paid Training & NICET Certification Support \n Employee Recognition and Incentive Programs \n \n Schedule \n \n Full-Time \n Monday to Friday \n Overtime and weekend work may be required based on service or project needs \n \n Location \n \n Onsite – Based in North Carolina \n May involve regional travel to project sites as required \n \n Equal Employment Opportunity Statement \n We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
