Career Level: L1 Primary Purpose Oversees daily operations of workers' compensation case management, ensuring team adherence to established processes and timelines. Supports staff development and fosters collaboration to achieve efficient claim resolution and compliance. Duties and Responsibilities Supervises daily operations of workers’ compensation case management team. Assigns cases and monitors workload distribution among staff. Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provides coaching and performance feedback to team members. Reviews routine claims for accuracy and timely processing. Coordinates training for new hires on standard procedures. Communicates operational updates to management and stakeholders. Addresses escalated employee concerns regarding claims.
