Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity Growth & Retention

TrendMicro is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee the post-sale customer journey from onboarding to value realization. This role involves working closely with a diverse portfolio of customers to drive product consumption and growth within our platform. You will lead onboarding processes, guide clients through technical Best Practices, and actively identify expansion opportunities based on usage metrics.
