About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Brand Design to lead design direction and execution across its brand portfolio. The role combines hands-on creative work with leadership, including developing visual concepts and design systems for campaigns and marketing across digital, social, web, print, out-of-home, and physical channels. Responsibilities include managing and developing the design team, setting creative standards, and evolving brand guidelines and scalable design systems. The Head of Brand Design will also guide agency partners and integrate emerging technologies into creative workflows while maintaining quality and brand integrity. Candidates should have at least 10 years of professional design experience, including senior creative leadership, and at least five years managing and developing designers or creative teams. A strong portfolio should demonstrate conceptual thinking and polished execution across multiple channels, alongside expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and campaign design. The role requires advanced proficiency with design software and platforms, experience using AI-powered creative tools, and a strong understanding of brand systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills are essential; experience with consumer-facing brands is an advantage.
