Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Video Production & Graphic Design)

We're looking for a well-rounded creative professional who can manage our social media platforms while producing high-quality photography, video content, and graphic designs. This is not just a social media posting position. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in professional content production, including filming, video editing, photography, and graphic design. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands social media trends, and is equally comfortable behind a camera, editing videos on a computer, and designing marketing materials. You'll work directly with our leadership team and regularly visit our medspa locations to capture content, develop campaigns, and bring creative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and grow Lavish Laser Medspa's Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Develop and execute a consistent social media content calendar. Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and videos. Stay current on social media trends, emerging formats, and content strategies. Develop creative concepts and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Video Production & Editing Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos featuring treatments, providers, client experiences, events, and promotional campaigns. Capture professional video content using cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment. Edit videos using professional desktop editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Produce both short-form social media videos and longer-form promotional content. Incorporate music, transitions, captions, graphics, and other visual elements into finished videos. Organize and manage raw footage and media assets for future use. Graphic Design & Creative Production Design professional, on-brand graphics for social media, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Create flyers, event invitations, promotional materials, and digital advertisements. Develop visually consistent content that aligns with Lavish's luxury brand identity. Work with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms. Support the development of creative assets for email marketing, website updates, and special events. Photography & On-Site Content Creation Regularly capture high-quality photography and video across our medspa locations. Photograph treatments, products, interiors, providers, and special events. Coordinate with staff to plan and execute content shoots. Capture behind-the-scenes content, treatment demonstrations, and educational videos. Identify spontaneous content opportunities throughout the workday. Qualifications Required: Previous experience in social media content creation, video production, or digital media. Strong video editing skills using professional desktop editing software. Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Ability to shoot high-quality photography and video. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social media trends. Excellent creative judgment, visual storytelling, and attention to detail. Ability to independently manage projects from concept through final production. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in person and travel between our South Florida locations. Portfolio or examples of previous creative work required. Preferred: Experience creating content for beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, wellness, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands. Familiarity with medical spa treatments and aesthetic services. Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance tracking. Experience developing brand campaigns and promotional marketing materials.
