Call Center Specialist - Full-Time (Remote) - Bilingual Required (English/Spanish) - $21/hr

Overview The Call Center Specialist provides consistent, quality customer service to internal staff and external patients. The role involves actively managing each call to enhance the customer experience and build relationships. Responsibilities include listening to patient requests and taking appropriate action, such as scheduling appointments, electronically transmitting messages to the clinical team, and answering questions about medication refills. The position emphasizes high-quality customer service, efficiency, and confidentiality, with ongoing effort to maintain and improve job-specific competencies and perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Provide consistent, quality customer service to internal staff and external patients. Actively manage each call and take ownership to enhance the customer experience and build relationships. Listen to patient requests and respond with actions such as appointment scheduling, electronic message transmission to the clinical team, and answering questions about medication refills. Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and knowledge of insurance billing while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain and improve job-specific competencies and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bilingual (English & Spanish). Required: Associate’s Degree. Experience in a Call Center or other busy phone system. Experience with electronic appointment scheduling. Strong customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task; problem solving and critical thinking skills are a plus. Remote workers must live and work in the United States (territories excluded) and have access to reliable, high-speed Internet. This position is available for remote work. Compensation and Hours Current rate of pay for this position: $21.00 per hour. Full-time position (40 hours); hours may include evenings and weekends.
