Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals, couples, and families to develop tailored treatment plans that address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and families, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster open communication and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Address critical issues such as alcohol abuse, domestic conflicts, grief and loss, medical concerns, and the challenges faced by blended families and those undergoing separation or divorce.

• Provide individual counseling to clients to explore personal issues contributing to family dynamics.

• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals and improvement of patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various challenges. You will utilize your expertise to assist clients dealing with emotional distress, relationship issues, PTSD, and transitional phases in life. In particular, you will support clients in navigating the complexities of blended family situations, communication barriers, and conflicts among family members.
