Job Summary The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance products. Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly in both languages. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
