Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized behavior intervention plans and instructional programs to support student learning and development. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Familiarity with guidelines of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Minimum of one (1) year of job-related experience within the specialized field; Physical ability to implement behavioral interventions, including safely managing crisis situations Preferred Skills and Experience Previous experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities Experience in a school or educational setting Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team This is a 220-day position with insurance and retirement benefits. Salary will be determined by education, certification/licensure, and work experience. Starting salary will be no less than $45,521 per school year.
