Requirements MaineHealth has a new Locum Request for a Hospitalist at Memorial Hospital. Details: Admissions and night coverage for admitted patients. 25 patients max with open ICU. No tele intensivist available so need to be comfortable with DKA afib with RVR managing vents with respiratory etc. Dates of Coverage: The only dates of coverage needed are 12/23-12/26/26 and 12/30-12/31 Reason for Coverage: Provider leave Practice Setting: Inpatient Schedule: 12 hour shifts. 7P-7A No Call Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Patient Age Demographic: Adults only Admissions per shift: 3-8 Number of Beds: 25 Open ICU Travel Requirements: Flight - No first-class flights. Hotel - 200/night lodging cap after taxes and fees Rental Car - Standard rental car no premium/SUV etc. rentals. Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate 25K max on conversion rate RATE STRUCTURE: Please include: submit at best rateOrientationHourlyHolidayOT: Conversion Fee: 25k rate cap- Verbiage on all presentations and CLs: max conversion fee but fee will vary depending on hours worked as outlined in CSE
