Job Overview Plan, organize, and implement event logistics as part of the Marketing Team On-site Full time Indianapolis, IN (near downtown) Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for trade shows Registrations Travel Accommodations Booth materials Vendor coordination Freight/shipping of materials Tracking and meeting planning deadlines Organize and deliver details to onsite staff Transfer event leads to CRM in accordance with standard practice Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure events match corporate guidelines Maintain event inventory and checklists Support as needed for non-exhibition events Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor of Science in Events or related field Entry Level, no experience required Skills and Competencies Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, organizational skills, ability to collaborate, and ability to understand branding guidelines and apply them accordingly Ability to work independently and as a team, strong work ethic, problem-solving, creativity, and strong communication skills Benefits Competitive pay Multiple opportunities to be challenged and step up your career in a fast-growth company 401k Paid Time Off and holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits Much more... #J-18808-Ljbffr
