The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our On-Call Event Staff team and seasonal server positions in our pool side restaurant. As an on‑call team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences for our members and guests during a variety of events including weddings, themed parties, golf outings, corporate functions, and more . Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces (tables, chairs, linens, décor, etc.). Provide exceptional service during events, including food and beverage service. Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor at all times. Follow event timelines and instructions from the Events Manager or Banquet Captain. Ensure cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after functions. Assist in service for the Arbor Grill. Qualifications: Prior hospitality or event service experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and move event equipment (tables, chairs, etc.). Must be reliable, punctual , and have strong communication skills. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential. Must be 18 years or older.
