Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity guiding K-8 students near San Juan Bautista, CA, for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role is tailored for a skilled Occupational Therapist passionate about making a difference in educational settings. Working onsite across two campuses, you’ll engage with a diverse caseload and participate in consultations designed to support student growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active State Occupational Therapy License required
• Previous experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 38+ students, including consults
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability across multiple sites
• Collaborative approach to working with educators, administrators, families, and fellow specialists
• Commitment to supporting students’ academic, social, and motor development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-8 students according to IEP guidelines
• Administer assessments and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Collaborate effectively with special education and general education staff
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and communications
• Utilize best practices in therapeutic strategies and intervention planning
• Rotate between two assigned school sites while managing designated caseload efficiently

Additional Details:

• Contract runs from August 5, 2026, to June 2, 2027
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily
• Interviews will be scheduled once the director returns in mid-July
