Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a lasting impact by supporting students’ growth and success as an Occupational Therapist in a vibrant school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite with K-8 students across two campuses, providing both direct therapy and consultative services to a diverse caseload of over 38 students. As you help children develop essential motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills, you’ll collaborate with educators and families, tailoring interventions that enrich each student’s educational experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state is required
• Experience providing OT services within a school environment, ideally K-8
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Adaptability in managing a dynamic caseload at multiple sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT assessments, direct therapies, and consultative services for students
• Adhere to established IEP goals and report on student progress
• Collaborate with teaching staff, administration, and families to support student needs
• Maintain accurate records, prepare required reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Split time efficiently between two sites while organizing priorities for both
• Foster a supportive, engaging environment that encourages student participation and achievement

This role starts August 5, 2026, and runs through June 2, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Interviews will be scheduled after mid-July, once the director returns.
