Property Manager (Industrial)

JLL is seeking a Property Manager to support an institutional portfolio of industrial properties located near La Jolla, San Diego, CA. The role will provide direct management oversight, maximize NOI, and support tenant and client relationships. Responsibilities Provide leadership to the property management team and deliver outstanding customer service to clients and tenants. Manage all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction, including conflict resolution and retention. Prepare budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations. Oversee operating budgets, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. Manage tenant improvements (TI) and/or capital improvement projects. Support the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, and lease administration. Apply new technology and data to drive operational change and improve asset value. Contribute to establishing work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; CA Real Estate License required within 120 days of hire. Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, with experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare sectors preferred. Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports. Proficiency with property‑management accounting platforms such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI. Strong familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. Tech‑savvy and committed to continuous learning of technology tools. Track record of results in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. Benefits Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $115,000 per year. 401(k) plan with employer matching.
