Compounding Pharmacy Sales Representative

Responsibilities Identify and target potential prescribers Actively seek out new business opportunities Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and diversify the network Build and maintain strong relationships with existing network providers Plan and execute Territory Business Plans Articulate the value propositions of our 503A compounding pharmacies Participate in conferences Compile and distribute educational materials and resources Coordinate training sessions with Clinical Liaisons or ConsultRx Understand and strategize how to meet aggressive financial goals Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze provider performance metrics Requirements Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or 3+ years compounding or industry experience Proven experience in provider relations, business development, or sales is required Compounding pharmacy sales experience is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and executing Territory Business Plan, conferences, and promotional events Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) for field selling and conference participation Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, goal achievement, and hunting for new opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
