Minimum Qualifications:

·        Must have at least three month TGASK experience

·        Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. but only with assistance of other team member or mechanical equipment

·        Good communication skills

·        Must be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twist

·        Good organizational skills

·        Must have received no written corrective action

·        Basic leadership and computer skills

·        Must have six points or less under Company’s Attendance Control System

·        Basic knowledge of TPS

Ensure 5S rules are followed; Kaizen

Team Member rotation; Team Member training; update training matrix

Kanban System (rules and processing); Monthly Kanban adjustments

Ensure production numbers are met

Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are  followed in performance of job duties; other duties as assigned
