Customer Service Reps - Bilingual

Job Summary

We are seeking Customer Service Reps for a contract/temporary opportunity in Sacramento, CA. This call center and customer support role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences through clear, respectful communication. You will support customers through multiple communication channels while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.

Must have a minimum of 2 years call center experience. 
Must be proficient in MS office Suite especially Word and Excel
Bilingual skills a plus

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

- Experience handling customer complaints, service requests, or work order processing.
- Comfort using customer service systems, basic office software, or call documentation tools.
