Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness‑focused environment. Previous experience in membership sales is required. Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust. Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems. Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor. Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts. Thrives in collaborative team settings.
