Maintenance Technician Be the Hero Behind the Scenes!

Your Daily Adventures Include:

• Keeping guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems in excellent condition.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, kitchen, laundry, pool, and life safety systems.
• Responding quickly to maintenance requests with friendly, professional service.
• Performing preventative maintenance to stop problems before they happen.
• Helping maintain building security, key control, and life safety systems.
• Partnering with hotel leadership to communicate building needs and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinating and overseeing outside contractors when specialized work is needed.
• Following all company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests, team members, and vendors.
• Delivering exceptional guest service because every repair helps create a memorable stay.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skillsyou enjoy working with people as much as working with tools.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with commercial maintenance systems is a plus, including:
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Boilers and chillers
  • Refrigeration
  • Water softeners
• Knowledge of OSHA and general workplace safety practices is preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
