Functions include, EH&S, Facilities and Plant Management.Support high mix, low volume electronics assembly and test facilityLead team through successful development and execution of monthly plans to meet and exceed schedule, revenue, and cost requirements.Manage and Supervise activities of workers, equipment, and subcontractorsResponsible for establishing optimum utilization of available resources through efficient manpower managementUtilize statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in processesImplementing open communication and continuous improvementImproving standards and processes in all phases of the operations cycleSupport the development of new methods, processes, and equipment and apply them to the manufacturing operation for productivity gainsEducation & Experience RequirementsAdvanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; or a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have past direct leadership experience, 6 of which must have been in a people leadership role.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
