Psychologist Department: Provider - Psychology Job Status: Full-Time Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Days Worked: Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu., Fri. Rate of Pay: $110,000.00 - $113,000.00 Annually Position Type: Full-Time Status: Accepting Applications Position Description Are you passionate about using your expertise in psychology to provide compassionate care and help individuals build healthier, more fulfilling lives? In this role, you'll deliver individual and group psychotherapy, conduct psychological evaluations and testing, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans that foster healing and growth. You'll also play a key role in training, consultation, and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring care is delivered with the highest standards of professionalism and compassion. What You'll Do Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, including psychoeducation and competency-focused groups Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and testing Participate in treatment team meetings and serve as a consultant to the multidisciplinary team Supervise and mentor psychology interns, residents, and students Provide employee education and training to support high-quality care delivery Develop and implement behavior management plans; oversee data collection and outcomes Offer expert testimony to the court, as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with professional and facility standards Support quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Education Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university (required) Experience Completion of psychology internship and postdoctoral residency (required) At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required) Licenses/Certifications Current license as a Psychologist in the state of practice (required) Any client-mandated certifications and/or training (required) Why Join Us?
