Work Environment This position is full-time and primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle while delivering quality care to clients in a school setting. As a clinician, you will have the opportunity to conduct sessions via teletherapy while receiving support from our administrative team for seamless onboarding, billing, and client management. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of clients in order to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their specific needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Techniques, to enhance client resilience and mental well-being. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of client records. Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care for each client. Educate clients and their families, offering guidance and resources that empower them to navigate their mental health journeys with confidence. Stay updated with current mental health research and methodologies to integrate the latest findings into your practice, thereby improving client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary focus is on school-aged children and adolescents, along with their families, addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and transitions. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active LCSW license in Arizona, with a clean disciplinary history. Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with diverse populations and foster trusting relationships. Comfortable using technology, including telehealth platforms, to facilitate remote therapy sessions seamlessly. Preferred Experience Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations preferred but not required. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions specific to children and adolescents. Previous involvement with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care approaches. Compensation and Benefits We believe that our team members deserve to be compensated fairly and competitively. The salary range for this full-time LCSW position is between USD 100,000 and USD 105,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
