Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to devise personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across diverse formats, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, according to therapeutic best practices. Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches to suit varying client circumstances. Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and social workers to provide holistic care, ensuring all client needs are met. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges. This may encompass conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, as well as providing support for relational issues in couples and families. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients toward improved mental health outcomes through meaningful engagement and therapeutic interventions. Qualifications Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona is required. A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, demonstrating your capability to handle complex client cases. Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards related to counseling practices to ensure compliance in all aspects of care. Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust build with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with relevant counseling software. Preferred Experience Specialization or advanced training in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team is a valued asset. Evidence of strong client outcomes and positive feedback in previous counseling positions will be considered an advantage.
