Engineering Manager

If you’re just as comfortable troubleshooting on the floor as you are leading the team doing it, this one is worth a look! A well‑established manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a sharp, hands‑on team focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and new product introduction. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner daily with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Facilities to tackle real production challenges, improve processes, and support scale‑up and commercialization‑staying close to the action on the floor throughout. We’re looking for someone with 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience and 5+ years in a leadership role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background is required. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) and exposure to NPI or manufacturing scale‑up are strong pluses.
