Emergency Room Registered Nurse - RN - ER Schedule: 3x12 Day Shift Up to $55/hr for additional shift pick ups Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program
• New York License or compact or willing to obtain
• Acute Care experience preferred

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including triage, to rapidly identify emergent medical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, maintaining strict adherence to established protocols and standards of care
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate smooth transitions, and promote effective communication
• Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
