Live-Onsite Property Manager Leasing & Resident Experience

Fairgrove Property Management

LBPM + Fairgrove is seeking an Onsite Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our apartment community in Santa Monica. You will handle leasing, marketing, resident services, and turnover management with a professional, courteous approach. This part-time role offers 10 hours per week at $20.00 per hour, plus on-site housing (discounted 2-bedroom unit available).
