Digital Marketing Project Manager

Our client seeks a Digital Marketing Project Manager to support delivery and coordination across four digital marketing pods, including AI Visibility/SEO, MarTech (Adobe), Analytics, and Customer Journey initiatives. The role drives project execution, coordinates activities across teams, manages schedules and dependencies, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and provides visibility into project progress. The ideal candidate is organized and collaborative, brings structure to complex initiatives, and partners with business, marketing, technology, and analytics teams to achieve delivery objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities across four digital marketing pods and associated stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and action items to ensure successful execution.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
• Support planning and prioritization activities across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile team ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress and assist teams in maintaining delivery commitments.
• Partner with pod leads and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Encourage adoption of Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Communicate project progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear documentation of decisions and next steps.
• Foster collaboration across marketing, product, technology, analytics, and agency teams.
• Track project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist in resolving cross-team coordination challenges.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders stay informed of changes impacting delivery.
• Support project administration activities, including meeting coordination, documentation, contract tracking, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and budget oversight.
• Maintain project artifacts in Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.

Experience Requirements:

• 4-6 years of project management experience supporting digital marketing, technology, or customer experience initiatives.
• Experience working with digital marketing teams, content creation, campaign delivery, or agencies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, customer journey initiatives, digital acquisition programs, or analytics projects.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud or related Adobe marketing solutions.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working within Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Preferred: CSM, CAPM, PMP, or comparable certification.
• Preferred: Experience within financial services, regulated industries, or large enterprises.
• Preferred: Prior experience with consulting firms, managed services providers, or agency delivery teams.
• Preferred: Exposure to SEO, digital analytics, customer journey mapping, or marketing technology implementations.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
