Digital Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital marketing projects, including content creation and publishing, co-marketing campaigns with our partner network, and online advertising campaigns.

You must be able to work flexible hours with teams in time zones around the globe. You will need to attend meetings between 8am and 3pm US Eastern time on a regular basis.

For this position, we expect you to be a hands-on tech-savvy professional who has the skill and motivation to get things done with minimal outside help. You should be methodical, have excellent time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel. You should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external teams.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our digital marketing projects within quality, time and budget requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end project management for company news, case studies, press releases, advertising, and partner co-marketing projects

Manage creating content, own publication calendar, deliver via website, email, social media, and press release outlets

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and experts to plan, develop and implement new marketing projects

Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

Aggregate, monitor and report marketing metrics

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience as a project manager

Hands-on experience with project management software

Excellent organization and time management skills

Excellent written English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with running ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and other online platforms

Experience with Google Analytics

BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field, or 3+ years of work experience in marketing project management roles
