Job Summary

A nationally recognized full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a seasoned Florida litigation paralegal with extensive construction litigation experience who is ready to support complex, high-profile matters in a sophisticated law firm environment.

The Construction Litigation Paralegal will work closely with firm leadership, including the Practice Group Leader, Office Managing Partner, attorneys, and litigation teams. This is a strong long-term career opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys document-intensive litigation, complex discovery, trial preparation, and collaboration with experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

- Support all phases of construction litigation, commercial litigation, and complex civil litigation matters from case intake through resolution.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, correspondence, exhibits, privilege logs, and other litigation documents for attorney review.
- Manage complex discovery, large-scale document productions, litigation databases, case files, deadlines, and court requirements.
- Coordinate Florida court filings, service requirements, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, expert communications, and vendor support.
- Assist trial teams with exhibit preparation, witness materials, trial notebooks, document organization, and overall trial support.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, experts, courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
