Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and their families with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff.
• Support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a medical office or front desk role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and medical software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of insurance processes is advantageous.
