Cold Food Prep And Production Kitchen Employee

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a cold food prep and production kitchen employee. This candidate would need availability between the hours of 2:00PM-10:00PM, closing a minimum of 3 nights a week. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing and producing food items; such as salads, wraps, fruit cups, and cleaning/cutting produce, according to our recipes and quality standards. As well as, washing, prepping and chopping vegetables. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a passion for maintaining high culinary standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food menu items following standardized recipes and instructions.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
• Monitor food supplies and inform the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Follow proper handling, rotating and storage techniques for all food products.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all food health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to withstand a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift 50+ pounds.
