We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support cross-functional technology initiatives and large-scale enterprise programs. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules and documentation, supporting requirements and testing activities, tracking risks and deliverables, and keeping business and technical stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working across executive, business, and technical teams. This position requires recent project management experience, experience supporting large-scale programs, and professional Workday ERP experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate cross-functional IT project activities to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, and distribute action items and follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, resource forecasts, and deliverable tracking.
• Manage and update project risks, actions, issues, and decisions through RAID logs.
• Work with project managers, business teams, and technical teams to document project scope and high-level requirements.
• Support requirements gathering, design discussions, application development coordination, testing, training, and rollout activities.
• Coordinate UAT and other testing activities and track issues through resolution.
• Develop project status reports, presentations, communications, newsletters, and other stakeholder materials.
• Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with team members to keep activities on schedule.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and upcoming work to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong working relationships across executive leadership, business teams, technical teams, and vendors.
• Support lessons learned, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent, verifiable IT project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or supporting large-scale, complex programs.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with Workday ERP.
• Strong experience managing project schedules, deliverables, status reporting, requirements, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, training, implementation, and rollout activities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using Asana or a comparable project management platform.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing large-scale enterprise programs.
• Experience implementing business processes within a government organization.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
