Shake Shack is seeking a Regional People Partner to support employee relations and guide management on HR issues with a compliance lens. This remote role reports to the People Resources Business Partner and helps mitigate human capital risk through employment law. Geographic preference includes Northern California, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado, with regional collaboration across Shack Support Center, Workday HRIS, and payroll functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr shakeshack
