Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to understand strategic direction and translate it into HR strategies and initiatives Assess organizational structure and identify opportunities to optimize organizational effectiveness Provide thought leadership and strategic advice on people-related issues Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives focused on HR processes, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop metrics to measure HR program effectiveness Provide strategic HR guidance, influence decision-making, and foster organizational partnerships Support change management and employee engagement initiatives Help leaders communicate and manage change and address employee concerns Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management Ensure HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and industry regulations Requirements 7–10 years of HR experience Adept at problem solving and decision making Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting Adept at business intelligence
SHRM-CP
preferred Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. Proficient in analyzing workforce data and aligning HR practices with legal requirements and industry regulations.
