So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mechanical equipment through detailed inspection and repair processes. You will have the opportunity to disassemble, inspect, measure, and reassemble mechanical components, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is an on-site opportunity located in Greenwood, IN.As a part of the team, you will:Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble mechanical equipment and subassembliesUse precision tools to evaluate parts against specifications and document inspection resultsInterpret technical documents and digital tools to identify repair needs and create inspection plansPerform calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment to ensure accuracySupport investigations into equipment failures and assist in implementing corrective actionsCommunicate with customers and vendors regarding products and servicesParticipate in internal audits and maintain a clean, organized work environmentWhat you know: You have a High School diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, and:Minimum 3 years of experience in a manual repair, workshop, or manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentsSkilled in using micrometers and gauges in both English and Metric measurementsStrong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skillsPreferred proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePointYou're someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, enjoys helping others, adapts easily to change, and thrives in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and communication are key.What's in it for you?
