Patient Age Demographic: Healthy Peds ENT only, mostly adults

Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Ventilation Management Full range of cases except hearts and OB. No regionals or central line placement.

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Submission Requirements MUST NOTE ALL DURING NAME CLEAR Board Certified (AANA) - REQUIRED SC Active license - REQUIRED BLS/ACLS/PALS - REQUIRED With training/experience - REQUIRED Local Provider - highly preferred
