What You'll Do: HR Coordinator
- Maintaining attendance records
- Assisting with new employee orientation
- Managing benefits documentation
- Tracking work comp communications
- Managing cash flow and insurance premiums
Skills and Experience:
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience with EEOC and FMLA regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle challenges
- Experience with payroll and employee benefits
- Experience with document management and confidentiality protocols
