This role partners closely with site leadership to drive employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning. The position ensures consistent HR practices, supports leadership capability, and drives a high-performance culture.• Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership, aligning HR priorities with business and operational goals.• Support workforce planning, recruiting strategies, and retention initiatives to meet site needs.• Partner with leaders to drive accountability, performance, and engagement across teams.• Reinforce leadership expectations and ensure consistent application of HR practices.• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.• Provide guidance on performance management, promotions, and terminations to ensure consistency and fairness.• Support succession planning and identify development opportunities for key talent.• Coach leaders on employee engagement, communication, and team effectiveness.• Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, programs, and processes across the site.• Oversee HRIS usage, reporting, and data accuracy to support business insights.• Support People Passionate reporting and workforce metrics tracking.• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of site leadership.• Strong experience managing employee relations, including investigations, corrective actions, and performance management.• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders in operational or manufacturing environments.• Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.• Working knowledge of HRIS systems, reporting, and workforce analytics.• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.• Proven ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities.• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems and reporting tools preferred.• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.Career Scope and Advancement: As we grow, new positions and career opportunities arise, offering accelerated paths for the right candidates, locally and globally.World of Wellness Philosophy: We empower you to take charge of your health and well-being.
