TODAY What You'll Do: Lead systems analysis, application design, development, testing, and implementation activities for complex technology initiatives. Develop technical specifications, project plans, system documentation, and solution designs that align with business and technical requirements. Coordinate and oversee development activities, mentor junior team members, and support project delivery across multiple initiatives. Analyze application performance, troubleshoot issues, execute test plans, and ensure supported systems operate efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, new technologies, and strategic enhancements. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 7 years of systems analysis/application development experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience coordinating between Applications and business units. Minimum of 7 years of experience recommending and implementing systems solutions. Minimum of 7 years of experience driving project milestones and delivery dates. Minimum of 7 years of experience in C# / .NET 10, Blazor / Mud Blazor, Git Lab CI/CD. Minimum of 7 years of Azure Development & Terraform experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SQL Server, TSQL, Data Migration, ETL, Power BI. Minimum of 7 years of experience managing work throughout the full application lifecycle, from gathering and documenting business requirements through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting applications. Minimum of 7 years of experience actively participating in Scrum/Agile teams. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree. Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms. Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software. Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature. Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented. Strong lateral thinking skills. Good understanding of the Bank's application framework. Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported. Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications. Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects. Action-oriented. Pro-active. Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU). Strong technical ownership and the ability to work independently across multiple projects. Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Microsoft technology stack. Contribute to application migration and modernization in Azure. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills. A collaborative, team-oriented approach. Ability to quickly learn and new technologies.
