The Phlebotomist also collects bio‑marker data (e.g., blood pressure, height, weight, hip/waist measures). Other duties include obtaining informed consent and completing all visit paperwork. Reliability Independence Strong time management Problem Solving Skills Physical Demands Lift, carry, and transport phlebotomy supplies, coolers, centrifuges, and field kits (up to 25 lbs) Load and unload equipment from UGA rental vehicles Organize supplies for early‑morning field preparation Travel to participants’ homes (up to 3 hours away from Athens) Driving a rental vehicle to conduct research visits Is driving a responsibility of this position? Duties/Responsibilities Conduct research visits/phlebotomies in participants’ homes.
