Senior Director of Operations

Overview Haydon Healy are supporting a confidential data center developer who are entering a significant phase of growth across large-scale, AI-ready data center campuses. We are looking to speak with a true operations leader - someone who has helped take a business from a smaller, early stage platform into a structured, scalable, high performing organization. The ideal candidate will understand what it takes to build the operational backbone of a growing company: people, process, delivery standards, reporting, accountability, contractor management, and execution across complex construction programs. Experience / Areas Civil, sitework, architectural, and structural packages Oversight of major MEP trade partners General contractor, developer, or owner-side environments Building teams, processes, systems, and operational structure Supporting a company through rapid growth and scale We are particularly interested in people who have operated in businesses where things are moving quickly, where the company is growing, the projects are large, and the leadership team needs someone who can bring control, structure, and operational discipline without slowing the business down. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware, field-aware, and capable of working across construction, operations, delivery, leadership, and external partners.
