As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management and Commercial Operations team , supporting project managers, finance stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , attention to detail , and excellent stakeholder communication abilities , which will enable success in this role. Job Title: Commercial Project Manager (Project Controls, SAP & Financial Reporting) Location: Houston, TX Pay Range: $38.51/hour Schedule: First Shift Work Arrangement: Hybrid/In-Office (based on business needs) Employment Type: Contract What's the Job? Support project financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and commercial performance to help achieve project objectives. Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contract administration, claims support, and risk/opportunity tracking. Collaborate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues. Maintain accurate project records and reporting within SAP and other project management systems while ensuring compliance with established procedures. What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Commercial Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience supporting project financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, or project accounting activities. Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems used for project and financial management. Understanding of contract administration, commercial controls, risk management, or claims processes. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. What's in it for Me?
