Please share - Apply Today - Interview Immediately $70-80/hr C2C All InclusiveVisa: Must have GC or USC for conversion to Salary OR C2C for contract-onInterview: ONSITE - NO Exceptions***Direct-Hire*** ITIL, SAP, ERP, Cisco, Citrix are a Major Plus *** ***Hybrid Schedule*** ***Katy/Houston***Responsible for planning design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of assigned projects and provides a single point of contactManage IT projects from conception to completionManaged multiple (different) projects simultaneously - Organize, conduct and attend meetings with project team and stakeholders to facilitate all levels of project planning to align with IT roadmapMust be able to articulate types of projects/processes he or she have managed - scope statement, project plan, project charter, etc.Must be a Driver for the projectMust have experience managing project financialsMust have vendor management experienceMust have current Microsoft Project skillsManage mainly infrastructure projects but have a high profile HR system consolidation coming up this yearReport to ITPMODefine and agree on deliverables and milestones with business and IT stakeholdersResponsible for the successful management of projects: Manage project life cycle from initiating through delivery and project closure; Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and project resources; Create, manage and track project documents including, but not limited to: project schedules, financials (budgets: estimates and actuals), detailed project plans, scope documents, work breakdown structures, cost estimates, resource plans, risk and issue logs and regular status reportingSuccessful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Demonstrate technical project management skills, leadership skills, and strategic and business management skillsDirect all phases of the project and assure that the results achieve the business objectives and strategies defined by the organizationDevelop metrics, procedures, objectives and methods to assess project progress while utilizing established standards and quality objectivesSchedule project meetings to gather updates on tasks, issues, and manage project/resource conflicts. Capture meeting minutes and actions in MS OneNote (or equivalent tool). Publish minutes and actions to meeting participants after meeting concludes. Follow-up on open actions to bring to closure in alignment to due datesEstablish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectationsPlan, organize, lead and control the project efficiently and Evaluate progress of projects on a regular basis to ensure tasks remain on-schedule, issues are addressed, and risks are mitigatedLead technical and requirements gathering sessions bringing people and understanding together produce key deliverables e.g. Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Doc, Test Plan Implementation Plans, Training Plans, etc.Provide technical and analytical guidanceDevelop financial budget estimates, actuals and forecasts. Report biweekly/monthlyDemonstrated proficient knowledge and practical use of SDLC, Agile Framework, Project/Portfolio Management, Budget Management, standard IT Processes and methodologies such as ITILDemonstrated cross functional experience in use of project development life cycles or other structured project management methodologies in customer facing situationsDemonstrated Project management experience and best practices providing oversight for multiple, concurrent IT projectsExperience with SAP or other large ERP implementations is an advantageExperience with managing multiple projects related to Infrastructure, Application, and Saas solutions.
