Join a growing startup as a Clinical Trainer / Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. Your mission? To champion seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment and desires to positively impact patient care. Reporting to our Customer Training and Development Manager, you'll embark on nationwide adventures, with up to 60% travel across the U.S. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to ignite change in patient care from your home office! Responsibilities Lead successful onboarding and training, both remotely and in-person, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Offer timely customer and technical support to maintain user confidence and smooth operations. Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive customer engagement and training interventions. Showcase products through virtual or in-person demos, driving sales and expanding our reach. Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in medical training or education, with practical medical imaging exposure, and patient interaction Proficiency in ultrasound imaging is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with medical professionals. Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S., Ability to travel to Canada on occasion.
