Location and Compensation New York, NY (On-site) Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Provide legal counsel on risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs Conduct in-depth research on healthcare statutes, regulations, and case law Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration Collaborate with medical experts to develop case theories Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction 7+ years of experience in healthcare litigation or medical malpractice defense Strong understanding of HIPAA, Stark Law, and healthcare regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive advocacy Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments #J-18808-Ljbffr H.
