Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary The Merchandising Operations Associate supports efficient merchandise flow and presentation in the store. This role helps maintain a well-organized selling floor and back-of-house while contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Receive, process, transfer, and replenish merchandise promptly. Maintain selling-floor and fitting-room presentation, including markdowns, signage, and go-backs. Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized and follow asset protection procedures. Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor as needed. Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment. Strong time-management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities. Knowledge of the fashion industry and familiarity with inventory systems and retail equipment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
